The Slow Initiation
Foundations before mysteries.
A channel about yoga and the older esoteric traditions, starting where the texts start. Before the poses, before the powers, yoga begins with how you treat other people and yourself. That is not the same as being nice.
First video
Yoga Doesn’t Start With Poses. It Starts Here. It is about the yamas and niyamas, the first two steps of the path, and why ahimsa, non-harm, is not the same as being nice. Out Thursday, 22 October 2026, 16:00 (Berlin time). The videos are in English.
