In this seminar, we will cover the fundamentals of physics and biomechanics – all the essential elements of Jiu-Jitsu. I will show you the building blocks of BJJ.
We will understand the basic aspects of Yoga that are useful for keeping us healthy and flexible – physically, emotionally and mentally.
We will be introducing a sequence of movements and cover the overall approach of the system
After that, we will exchange experiences and ideas about the practice. In the end, I will be available to answer a few questions.
