Some people require movement to understand themselves, others need tranquillity in their minds through meditation, but there are also a few of us out there who do not know yet what they need. I believe that many times neither movement nor tranquillity may be the answer when we can't find the way out of a crisis.
Creating healthy practices can serve as a good support, but they might not be the solution.
Lately I've been dealing with a few particular cases where words have been more successful than a work-out. That is why I decided to open this communication Channel for free, for you.
Sometimes we just need to express our concerns out loud to see that the solution has been right in front of us all the time.
